For those of you who want to go a little deeper into the asana practice, yoga philosophy and get started with your own home yoga practice. The course is a great way to deepen your own knowledge about yoga.

7 weekends x 8 hours.

At least 3 years of regular practice with a certified teacher, a letter of recommendation from the same teacher.

You need to be willing to spend time on home yoga practice, self-study, assisting and observing classes.
